    • 3 points for a win
    • 1 point for a draw
    • No points for a loss.
    • A bonus point is available for teams that score 5 goals in a game, whether they win or lose.
  2. If teams are equal on points at the end of the round robin, the winner will be decided by the following:

    • Bonus points attained
    • Goals for
    • Overall Goal difference

Should teams still remain equal; a "Sudden Death" penalty shootout will take place as per the rules of the game from the half way line. Each player of the full team roster has a penalty shot until the first person misses. If both teams score all shots in the first round through, the ball is moved 5 metres further back for the next round and so on until the winner is found.

  3. Players must play in the grade they play in on Saturdays. If in doubt, please contact us.

In each division there are 10 teams with 4 to 6 players (a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6) per team roster.

The ‘Game Day’ will be run in 3 cycles (4 divisions per cycle X 3 cycles = 12 divisions), each team will play 9 games, each cycle will last 135 mins (2 hrs. 15 mins). All teams will play alternate games so there are no games in a row.

Each cycle has a game start to next game start of 7 minutes 30 seconds and is run on an automatic timer that continues for the whole cycle. Each team play 7 games made up of 2 no. 3 minute halves with a 30 second halftime and 1 minute to exit the field and get the next teams on the field. After exiting the field of play, this is the opportunity to have a drink break and move to the assembly area of your next game.

It is important that Team Managers keep the teams on track for the upcoming games and assemble their team in the assembly point for each field of play prior to each game.
Each Cycle will last for 105 minutes (1 hour & 45 mins). There will be a 30 minute break to the start from the end of the first cycle to the start of the second cycle. In this break the winners will be announced.

  4. Each field has a Field Manager and a Referee. The 2 teams in the next game must report to the Field Manager at the field assembly area for each playing field, a minimum of 2 minutes prior to their game. This allows for a continuous flow of games. Each Team Manager will be given a list of where their games are and at what time.

The Referees will run the game from the Referees elevated platform and does not run the side-line or on the field during the game accept to assist the teams as they deem necessary, e.g. a penalty kick.

The Referee’s decisions are final, so please respect their decisions.

  5. The Captain of the winning team is responsible to take the score from the Referee to the Official Scorekeeper straight after the game. In the event of a draw, the Referee will decide which team’s Captain will give the score to the Scorekeeper. Any scores not forwarded to the Official Scorekeeper before that teams next game (7 minutes 30 seconds) will be scored a nil all draw.
